- Quick and Secure Redemption: Once you've completed your purchase, you will receive an email containing the unique gift card code. Alternatively, you can access the code in your account by navigating to the Orders Menu at this link. Simply click on the relevant order to view the code.
- Redeem with Ease: Redemption is a snap! Anyone can redeem their codes by typing or pasting the code in the Account > Redeem Gift Card Page at this link. If they don't have an account, they will need to create one first.
- Automatic Balance Application: Gift card balances, once redeemed, will be applied automatically to your account. They will be used upon your next order, functioning like store credit.
- Smooth Checkout Process: Purchasing a gift card will immediately take you to checkout for that card only. This will not place an order for anything currently in your cart! You will be charged immediately for the card upon completion. Once confirmed, you will receive an email with the code. If you wish to purchase multiple cards of the same amount in one transaction, you can adjust the quantity during checkout. (If you don't see a quantity drop-down option, click to "Show Full Summary" on the checkout page.) You'll receive an email for each individual card/code to redeem.
Terms and Conditions:
- Online Exclusive: Please note that our Online Gift Cards are exclusively redeemable on our website and cannot be used for in-person In-store purchases. Balances can't be transferred to a physical gift card.
- Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable: Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-returnable. Once purchased, they cannot be exchanged for cash or returned.
- Expiration Policy: To ensure fairness, please be aware that gift cards may expire or be subject to revocation after 5 years of no activity. We encourage recipients to make the most of their gift card within this time frame.
- Redeemed Cards/Codes: Redeemed Codes can't be moved or exchanged between accounts, people, or between online and In-Store cards.
