1. Separate In-Store and Online Prices:
In-store and online prices are exclusive and separate. This means that the prices you see in our physical store are different from the prices you see on our website. We do not honor or match one price format with the other.
2. Package and Special Savings Online:
Online package deals, like 4-packs, 5-packs, 10-packs, and whole/half value products, are exclusive to our online store. These special savings are not available or honored in our physical store.
3. In-Store Promotions Exclusive:
Promotions and discounts offered in our physical store are not displayed or applicable when shopping online. They are exclusive to our in-store customers.
4. In-Store Price Matching:
While in-store base prices will generally match online store pickup prices, please note that they are subject to change and may not always be identical. The in-store prices are subject to fluctuation.
It's important to clarify that we do not match prices between online and in-store, and we do not offer price matching with any competitors at this time.
5. Price Changes and Discretion:
All prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify our prices as needed.
6. Online Price Variations:
Online prices may vary depending on the destination location. This variation is due to logistical factors, additional processing, shipping, taxes, and other incurred costs by our business.
7. Clarification of Promotions:
While we make every effort to specify when and where promotions are valid, please be aware that errors or misunderstandings may occur, and we may not be able to honor them in such cases.
We understand that sometimes, circumstances change, and you may need to cancel an order. Here are the criteria and guidelines for order cancellations:
Orders may be cancelled under any of the following criteria:
Errors in Descriptions or Price: If errors are identified in the descriptions or pricing of any goods, products, or services in your order, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Errors in Your Order: If errors occur in your order for any reason, it may be subject to cancellation. Please contact us as soon as possible to address and correct any issues.
Suspected Fraud or Unauthorized Transactions: To protect against fraud, unauthorized transactions, or illegal activities, we may cancel an order if any such activity is suspected.
Payment Processing: Orders are not charged when initially placed. Payments are submitted for processing near the end of the order processing cycle, after weights and orders are updated and processed. Incomplete payment or failure or payment method may result in delay or cancellation of your order.
You have up to 48 hours from notice to correct any payment issues before your order is cancelled.
Limited or Termination of Supply: In cases beyond our control, we may need to limit or terminate the supply of certain goods in your order. We will work with you to make adjustments or cancel the affected portion of the order.
Cancellation Timeline: An order may be canceled at any time before the processing of products begins. Once products are being processed (e.g., custom cut and packed) for your order, they may no longer be canceled.
Failure to Respond: If we need to communicate with you regarding an order and do not receive a response within a reasonable time-frame, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Click the provided "Cancel" button.

We also have the authority to cancel an order at any time from our end. Typically, we will cancel orders within 48 hours in cases involving payment issues or a lack of response.
